Hey, it worked with Dayne Crist and the Fighting Irish. He played for Sherman Oaks NOTRE DAME. Their jerseys were practically identical to the Domer Version. It's good marketing if the NCAA allows you to get away with it. Zach Davison plays for Waukee and I thought they were the school involved in the motion W copyright infringement controversy a couple years back. Not that there was much competition for his services, but getting high schoolers to wear your logo every game is a good way of planting a seed.

From the Nebraska site...Colorado and Oklahoma have offered, joining Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, Kansas and Nebraska. Says Iowa is recruiting him the hardest and says he is most focused on Iowa, Kansas, Illinois, Wisconsin and Oklahoma but that is not a final top 5.

from the Iowa site. Davis had a good time on his visit to Iowa for Junior Day. Aside from Iowa, Minnesota, Kansas, Illinois, and Oklahoma are making the most contact right now

"I didn't think it was a big deal, the de-commitment," former Gopher verbal David Gilreath said. "I think this was the best decision of my life."
"(The University of Minnesota) didn't really compare," UW Kicker Taylor Mehlhaff said. "I loved the atmosphere here. It was pretty easy to cross (Minnesota) off the list. I wanted to play at the highest level possible but I also wanted to have that college atmosphere."
