Bucknuts - Bill Kurelic - 08/27/07
Isaiah discusses his favorites - West Virginia, Louisville, Maryland, Marshall, Pitt, Cincinnati, Indiana, and Wisconsin (all offered), plus Illinois, Purdue, and Ohio State (not offered).
After his 11-carry, 238-yard, 7-touchdown performance in week one, Ohio State might be looking at Pead as an offensive player. Isaiah also had five tackles on defense.
Grades and test scores will be an issue here.

Week Three Roundup
Quote:
Eastmoor (3-0) @ Grandview Heights (1-2)
After jumping out to a 20-0 lead, Eastmoor survived a scare to beat
Grandview 26-21. Early on, Eastmoor's Isaiah Pead was controlling the
game with two first quarter touchdowns. Cramping and fatigue limited his
contributions for most of the game from that moment forward. In the third,
Grandview actually took the lead 21-20. Like all the great ones do, Pead
mustered up enough energy to score on a 61 yard run and that was all
Eastmoor would need.

Week Four Roundup
Quote:
Eastmoor 35 - Briggs 0
Isaiah Pead has been running like a wild horse, and he has yet to be
tamed. Pead turned in another stellar performance gaining 239 yards and
five touchdowns on just 19 carries. The Eastmoor defense was also
impressive, holding their third opponent of the season to eight points or
less. Pead has rushed for 200 plus yards in his last nine regular season
games.

Does anything even need to be said? It is clear that he is one of the elite running backs in the country

I would love to say I told you so with Pead, but his talent is so glaringly apparent in his videos, that I can't take any credit for "unearthing" him as a monumental prospect. I think Badger fans have been too distracted by Elie's video to notice.

Yet another monster game for Pead. Got to get back in this playmaker's good graces.
