While Stamford High School may be winless this season, they do have a number of young talented players on their team that will certainly be making an impact over the next few years. One of those athletes is outside linebacker prospect Khairi Fortt, a sizeable young man who impressed at camps this summer.

From IrishEyes...talks about wanting to work on getting his GPA up...was invited to ND's camp this year but could not attend. Plans to camp at Florida, Vanderbilt, Notre Dame and the Ohio State next summer.

By Tom Matthews (EagleAction.com, Rivals). Visited UCONN, BC, Rutgers and PSU in the fall, BC & PSU were the two best trips. Talks junior days, plans on being at the US Army All-American combine in January. Now reportedly holds offers from BC, UCONN, Rutgers, North Carolina, Maryland, Syracuse and tOSU. Khairi says he has a verbal PSU offer but the written offer has yet to come...earned all-conference, all-city and all-state honors with 118 tackles, 6 QB pressures, 5 FF and 2 INTs.

From the OSU site...Florida, Georgia and Alabama have offered joining the likes of Ohio State, Notre Dame, Cal, Boston College, Maryland, Miami, North Carolina, Penn State, Rutgers, Connecticut and others...hopes to narrow his list down to 10 by the end of May...talks about his interest in OSU and their tradition af putting LBs in the NFL.

Starting to research the schools he is truly interested in...not hearing much from Ohio State and has an idea of what schools are going to get trimmed from the list...likely to commit in June or so.
