NY2LA
Barnes is blowing up, getting interest from Arizona, Texas, and Kansas among others.
Regardless of who shows interest, its going to be hard to get him out of Ames

That's what we at Iowa State were worried about. He is probably going to be a top 20 recruit when it is all said and done.

You want to vBet? I'll wager 100 dollars of v-cash against each of yourself, Cy, and Heavy; that he doesn't become a Cyclone.
Obviously it my take a while for him to make a decision since the '10 early signing period isn't for another year and a half or so, but I'm assuming everyone will still be around then. He could commit to Iowa State early, but when the powerhouses bring the heat, he'll receive too many offers he can't refuse. When that happens, I'm coming to collect.

I could see it happening, but to quote myself
Regardless of who shows interest, its going to be hard to get him out of Ames
It could become a Mark Ingram situation though, who knows. As of now, it looks real good for ISU. That's all we can really say at this point

No, that's not all you could say. You could also say, "100 dollars on Iowa State please".

Pick two opposing schools, and I'll bet you

First off, I don't think it's possible with the v-betting system.
Secondly, I thought it was everyone's claim he'd probably go to ISU. Therefore, a 1:1 ISU v. the field bet would be more than fair.
Third, my only contention is he won't go to ISU. Between Duke, UNC, Kansas, etc.; they're all the same. And no elite schools have offered him to date to point me in another specific direction.
Fourth, it's just v-dollars, not Benjamins.

There's a premium scout article on Iowa's website featuring him. If someone would summarize it, it would be really nice.

Scout $
5/1
The article is written from a Badger perspective.
Wisconsin is very interested in Barnes after landing a true guard....Barnes really likes coach Ryan....Has a special place in his heart for Iowa St....but he's going to thoroughly research what UW and other schools have to offer.
