If he had stylistic concerns about playing Bo's system, one would think he would have the same about playing in Miller's. It's not as extreme as the swing, but Xavier was very halfcourt oriented under his direction as well.
I would think it's Marquette v. Wisconsin like Ostudent asserted. Their style is a little more athlete friendly and he'd be able to play alongside his best buddy. UW's stylistic concerns may have been alleviated by team USA's performance in the World University games, increased, or remained the same. That would be an interesting question to query Vander about next time Ebay talks to him. How that changed his perception of Bo's style, if at all. |

Word is that Cam Wright is close to a decision. I wonder if this has anything to do with Blue wanting to make his decision soon. Or vice versa....Blue is perhaps pushing up his decision after hearing that Wright will be deciding soon.
Or perhaps all just coincidence. Did I mention that I am greedy and want both?
I really like Blue and Wright A LOT. They would compliment eachother very well.

I like Cam a lot, but if we take him over Blue, I think I will loose my mind.....On when did you hear Blue was possibly going to push his decision up?

Hey Troy....original reports were from Mark Miller on the Scout free board of Vander likely deciding later this month or next month. Since then, there have been multiple poster "close to the program" or "close to the situation" who have confirmed....obviously these posters need to be listened to much more cautiously.
Also, just a few days ago, Mark Miller posted that he would guess Vander to UW. |

Supposedly it is between UW and Florida. Hopefully his mom can convince him to stay close. However, Florida may be tough to turn down.

Nie interview with Vander's grandpa. Sounds like he's got some good adult influences in his life. Also sounds like he's gonna be on track to qualify. I think this reinforces that the major players left are UW, Arizona, and Florida.

Blue picked up his fifth star from Rivals, now #22 in the 150.
I don't care what anyone says, being uncommitted definitely boosts your ranking to the recruiting services. No way he's five stars if he stayed committed
