Eureka's top gun was No. 74 ranked 2009 prospect Jordan Prosser, who ended the game with 19 points and 14 boards.

They went up against Tennessee Briarcrest, or more importantly, Leslie McDonalds team. A strong showing under the spotlight.

Rivals doesn't seem to be writing off Prosser as one of UW's final two 09 commits

Talks about his latest visit to Iowa. Favors Iowa, Purdue, and UW and hopes to make a decision before summer.

Prosser says that UW is still recruiting him.
He just finished up visiting Tan Tommy's new diggs. He's soon going to tour the circuit to investigate all his options ( Wisconsin probably is no longer one of them, should have acted quicker Jordan!).
I read that Prosser plays in a league with weak competition and will probably be best suited for mid major ball.

Potential big news here. Some substantiation can now be added to the speculation that UW will be able to free a scholarship for the 2009 class. Prosser was told by Ryan that a player might be leaving from the current team before next season. Prosser would be one of the options to replace the player who departs.
Of course Jamil would be another.

If one opens I would think the pecking order would probably be Jamil,Rodney, and then maybe Prosser do we really need more bigs?

IMO, you don't take Prosser yet. You wait on Jamil and if he doesn't commit, you put it towards 2010.......Harrison Barnes and Flavien Davis are much more solid (I think).
