I think you could draw a lot of parallels between Rob Jeter and Bret Bielema.
I wasn't able to catch much of the game, but during what I did catch it was Jon Leuer FTW yet again. I want to see him playing 28 minutes or so per game during the Big Ten season. Hughes always seems to beat up these hapless mid majors but I want to see it carry over against some real competition for a change. He doesn't have a quickness or size edge against most high major points.

Pop will get his chance with VA Tech and Marquette coming up next.

The ACC plays 6 true home games, Big Ten 4, one neutral "field" game.
Is it any wonder the Big Ten struggles in these challenges? Don't get me wrong, the ACC is a superb conference, but we might have won a couple already if Delaney's focus wasn't so myopic and centered on revenue.
MSU would have a better chance at winning at the Breslin Center but they figure more money could be generated from playing it at Ford Field.
Delaney positions the Big Ten Tournament right before the NCAA tourney selections are announced for the same reason. But as a result the champion's accomplishment isn't factored into their seeding. Therefore they have a bit tougher of a road in the Big Dance.

Man, everybody is failing to block off on the boards, and they aren't even challenging balls in the air. It's reminding me of Duke last year in that aspect. A lot of tight players again.

Still struggling on the boards, especially with the small lineup, but now the boys are sniping. And Bohannon hasn't even gotten in the act yet.

What an awesome liability Bohannon is to the Badgers right now. Tre gets him a great look off dribble penetration and his shot rims out. Then immediately subsequent he fails to run at a Hokie on the perimeter and he cans a 3.

Bohannon is driving me crazy. If he were to hit his looks at a reasonable clip for a 3-point shooter, we'd be up 14-17 right now. And what is his contribution if he isn't scoring. He certainly can't defend, rebound, and barely creates shots for others.
D needs to tighten up inside as well. Landry got beat by that freshmen for multiple easy buckets. And the help isn't timing their blocked shot attempts. They should just crowd the offensive player as soon as possible if they leap too quickly.
I can't complain too much though considering we are up by 8. Everybody else is picking up the slack from beyond the arc. Good ball movement and dribble penetration has been the key.

Is it just me or has Krabbenhoff totally disapeared this year. Leur needs to play more. J bo is not who we thought he was, he could beat anyone at horse but cant hit it when it matters. Rob Wilson is legite, love his confidence.

The matchups are always in the ACC's favor to.
