He really values his time on the floor and his effort is always a big plus for our team. Trevor can score on the block and he is more than capable of making the 17- to 18-foot jump shot. We have also noticed that his passing skills have greatly improved over the course of the high school season at Logan and that is certainly a credit to coach (Jeff) Axness and his staff. Trevor will log a ton of minutes on our 15U team and will be looked upon to lead our team in scoring many games. He will also be playing with the 16U team this season when our staff believes it is in his best interest.”

Was promoted to the Playground Warriors 16U squad to replace Evan Anderson this weekend, and responded by posting a 20 point scoring line.

When I first saw that Miller has Jorgenson as a 6'6" center it threw up a red flag or two about him, at least as far as me wanting him to be a Badger is concerned. I envisioned a player with a good low post game that couldn't extend it beyond the paint(-ish), which is fine if you're a 6'11" center, but not a 6'6" one. Knowing that he's capable of hitting an 18-footer and seeing someone list him as a 6'7" power forward makes me like him a lot more.

From Miller's latest rankings, Trevor got his first offer from UWM.

No. 6-ranked Trevor Jorgenson of La Crosse Logan remains one of the top interior prospects in the class. A rugged 6-7 forward, Jorgenson has a scholarship offer from UW-Milwaukee.

There are several clips of Jorgensen contained within this video:
Wisconsin High School Basketball - Boys / Youth Basketball - Boys
I think he looks really good. My only question is projectibility, as currently he possesses power forward height (6'7"). But he's still only a sophomore and does appear to have pretty big feet. If he can get to 6'9"-6'10", Jorgensen is a really good center prospect. Like what Brook Lopez is currently to the NBA. Very fundamental player. Always found his man to box him out. Even though he didn't always snare the rebound himself, it improved his teammates chances because his guy wasn't going to get the rebound. His jumper looked fantastic for a big. Very quick, high release, shot without hesitation, and on the move. His touch is tough to teach. He also showed good awareness as exhibited by the quick outlet passes and diving on the floor immediately for the loose ball. I like his footwork in help defense and in general. I think his lateral quickness could be a bit of an issue, but not much. He could be more assertive, but he's still an underclassman so it's understandable. He's being double and triple teamed so obviously his teammates aren't helping him ala Evan Anderson. Still, he's averaging 16 points per, 2nd only to Winters among the '11 in state prospects.

Decent prospect. I like his potential. If he was a senior, I wouldn't like him as much. As a soph he still has time to maybe grow, and work on foot work, foot speed. Again, has potential, but I don't see him getting a offer higher then a UWM schollie enless he grows to 6'9"-6'10". Also, has a very nice stroke.

I like him as well, but its too early and their are a few top prospects who we are in on so I would prefer to wait.
