I kinda doubt he goes to Memorial, however, due to Vander Blue's success at the point.....unless he is planning to make a switch to forward b/c of his height. Anyone know how much he has grown since the 6'3" was reported?

If he was contemplating Bay View ever, and that just wasn't speculation on a writer's part, then the primary reason for transfer certainly wasn't academics. It's almost surely a response to Diener's resignation.
Tosa East would be a great choice for Bradley. First, I think DJ Cupertino was their starting point and he gradutated. Second, Arndorfer did a heck of a job getting their squad to play team basketball on their way to the State Championship last season. Bradley will probably be more likely to get a scholarship from Bo, playing that style, than he would have under whoever Vincent hires/hired. Arndorfer can shed the streetballer from Bradley. Finally, even if he didn't put a huge emphasis on academics, he'll fall ass backwards into a better education at Tosa East than Vincent. Reportedly his first year at Vincent put him on pace for not qualifying.

Agreed. Tosa East would be a good bet for him. Getting out of the Milwaukee schools will be a step up in education and if he looks to stay at point on the court, the departing senior point is promising.
Berns....where did you hear about his freshman year and academics? It would be very unfortunate if he is already off to a poor start.

I think Swenson posted that and he's usually credible. Bradley still has 3 years to recover though and my perception wasn't that he absolutely bombed or anything, ala Maymon.

Tosa East it is for Larry Bradley!
Apparently Cupertino is returning also. That's going to be a loaded backcourt with he, Bradley, and Erik Williams. Wow! I think Erik Williams is a mid major D1 talent as well.

Don't forget Keondre Gholston too ... maybe a Memorial v. Tosa rematch next year?? I think DJ Cupertino is gone, but there is a Michael Cupertino that will be a Jr. I think.

Thoughts/Observations from Larry's first game back:
-Didn't start and also didnt play all that much.
-Other players on his team appear to almost freeze him out at times.
-Did not look comfortable without the ball in his hands, kind of just drifted around the perimeter.
-As anticipated he has textbook form on his jumper, tremendous handle as well.
-Strong and fairly athletic although not overly quick, appeared to have a few extra lbs. on him that can be shed in the future.
-While he didnt have the ball in his hands that often, he looked amazing passing and bringing the ball up in the open court...hitting unsuspecting teammates with pinpoint half court passes on a few occasions.
-Overall the talent is definitely there although towards the end his body language suggested he may not want to be there and i have to imagine he is wondering if tosa east is the right fit for him right now. When the ball is in his hands, great things happen and that was abundantly clear last night, although it was mildly reminiscent of korie lucious at pius when he would hit open teammates with great passes, they just wouldnt know what to do with them. Consequently larry is not a selfish player and definitely looked to set others up when he had the ball. He would be a great tall point guard and a perfect fit in the swing from what i observed, granted this was obviously a small sample size.

Thanks, I think Larry will get better chemistry as the year goes on....It just sounded like he was nervous about being in a new environment and im sure a much more complex offensive system...Im interested to see him in the playoffs against Memorial again(hopefully lol)

I called Bradley more of a flashy player and he is but he is very unselfish and has no problem passing the ball to his teammates, had a beautiful jump pass of a rebound to his teammate in traffic....He's one of those players who doesnt look like he's playing hard because he is so fluid.

Bradley has really struggled scoring the basketball his first few games after finally being declared eligible to play for Tosa East. He's only averaging 2.3 points per game to this juncture and scored just 3 in his most recent game. Not being a creator for his teammates either (1 APG). BW4Life talked about how he's being forced to play off the ball and it's taking him out of his comfort zone. If this keeps up much longer, expect another transfer.

No 1-ranked Larry Bradley, a skilled 6-foot-4 combination guard, is making the transition from Milwaukee Vincent to Wauwatosa East. He has scored seven points in three games since receiving eligibility clearance from the WIAA just after Christmas.
Bradley has excellent size and skill and will undoubtedly make big contributions for Wauwatosa East during the second half of the season.

Some signs of life from Bradley:
Spurred by sophomore's scoring burst, Red Raiders ride high - JSOnline

Perhaps it was a no-look pass in practice. Maybe a dunk or rainbow jumper that wowed his teammates.
Finally on Friday night, Bradley had his full-fledged coming-out party.
The Wauwatosa East sophomore erupted for nine points in an 80-second stretch. Bradley's explosion gave the Red Raiders an eight-point lead and sent East on its way to a 63-40 thumping of visiting Brookfield Central.
East improved to 9-2 overall and stayed atop the Greater Metro Conference at 5-0. Central (6-3, 3-2) has lost three of its last four games.
"Larry's come a long ways since Christmas," East coach Tim Arndorfer said. "He's going to be a big part of what we do if he stays within our structure."
Senior forward Eric Williams and senior guard Vinnie Ingrilli led East with 11 points each. Central senior guard John Winius led all scorers with 14 points.
But as most people exited late Friday, they were still buzzing about Bradley.
Bradley, a transfer from Milwaukee Vincent, sat out the first seven games of the Red Raiders' season because of WIAA eligibility concerns. Since gaining eligibility on Dec. 26, it has been slow going for Bradley. In the three games he played before Friday, Bradley - rated the No. 1 sophomore in the state by Wisconsin High School Basketball - Boys / Youth Basketball - Boys - had totaled just seven points.
"Coach told me to start looking for my shot a little more," Bradley said.
Bradley proved a good listener. Midway through the second quarter, East was clinging to a 19-18 lead when Bradley took over.
First, he drilled a three-pointer from the right corner to give East a 22-18 lead. On the Red Raiders' next possession, Bradley raised up from the right wing with a man in his face and canned another three-pointer to make it 25-20.
Just one trip later, Bradley launched a three from the left corner and drilled that as well. Bradley's outburst gave East a 28-20 lead and completely altered the game's momentum.
Bradley called his laser shooting a "heat check," saying he was "feeling it."
Central coach Mark Adams wasn't arguing.
"In the two games I scouted (Bradley), he was very unselfish and had great vision," Adams said. "But he showed he can shoot it, too."
