Juckem is receiving mail from Wisconsin, tOSU, Michigan, Iowa, Michigan St., Minnesota, UCONN, and Duke. The most serious interest is being generated by Wisconsin and Michigan St, manifesting in handwritten letters. The Badgers are his current favorite. He plans on attending practices and camps at the University of Wisconsin as well as the Nike Camp in Columbus next month.

Another week, another Wisconsin prep football player offered a scholarship by one of the nation’s service academies.
This time the offer was garnered by Chilton High School tight end/defensive end Justin Juckem (6-5, 245) and came via the United States Military Academy.
In a short message sent to WisFootball.net, Juckem said simply, “Just to update you, I received a full ride offer from Army today.”......

Congratulations to yet another RP member, albeit inactive one, on receiving a D1 scholarship offer! I got to believe Juckem will be one of the in-staters to receive an offer at Wisconsin camp, seeing as though his measureables are off the chart. It's just a matter of having leverage and proving he's fully recovered from his injury athletically.

Juckem says he's fully recovered from the broken fibula he suffered his junior season. He also talks about how he uses his computer to get a leg up on the competition.

Add another scholarship offer to the growing list held by Chilton tight end/defensive end Justin Juckem (6-5, 245).
In a message sent to WisFootball.net on Wednesday evening, Juckem said, “I would like to update you in saying that Washington State called today and offered a full ride scholarship.”.......

The offer will probably depend on Hageman's choice.

We could use him as a DE, especially if he is as athletic as advertised

Yep. Not to mention we regularly employ two tight end sets. Garrett Graham finished with more yardage than many starting #1 TE's around college football.
If we have better options at DE (Gosse?), are only willing to take one TE, and we feel strongly about Hageman committing, we might have the luxury to be patient with Juckem however. I know the staff is very confident about reeling in in-staters regardless of when we offer. That's why we wait until camp when we can see them in person. Otherwise we'd try to offer early on limited information in order to build up a rapport.

Juckem had a concussion during his Badger camp, and as a result was unable to participate the last three days.
UW also just recently picked up a TE commit from Ohio

Juckem received an offer from Boston College. He's just starting to take visits and will travel to Washington State this weekend.

I don't see a positive progression unfortunately. That could be because of the broken leg and concussions. But he's definitely still worth an offer, IMO, after Hageman and DeCicco flew the coup. If he didn't have those injuries he would have been our first offer most likely. He looks like a 4-star prospect in that first video. Got to expect he improves physically and mentally as he becomes further removed from those injuries.
