Tyler Westphal was named an All American by ESPN.

Westphal finished 3rd out of 4 participants in the Under Armour All American Skills Challenge. Agility was decent and looked thicker than he's sometimes dubbed.

Tyler has been getting mostly positive remarks about his play from Rivals and ESPN analysts, during this week of practice. Not jaw-dropping amazement, but it's been favorable.

Westphal had a sack near the end of the first half, and nice tackle from behind earlier. Overall though, he struggled to get off the line of scrimmage and disengage from the lineman. I don't think girth is his issue. He could benefit adding some muscle early in his Wisconsin career.
