Very disappointed about this news. The decision seemed very rash (considering he was a true frosh), although I'm not privy to his perspective. I thought he was part of the bright future for Wisconsin Badger football. IMO, he never should have been moved from SS to RB. I understand we needed running backs at the time, but there were other options (Hill, Brown, Smith at home, and Reentmeester would have been enough), and we needed safety help just as much with their woes.

Opens up yet another scholarship for the '08 cycle. We're beginning to have the opposite problem, where as before it didn't seem like we'd have enough to accomodate all the promising prospects we had a beat on, now we might have to scramble to fill needs. Paging Keanon Cooper.
