Landing a QB should be a priority every year. Even for teams like Minnesota and Wisconsin who've each landed solid options at QB the last two classes. I think both of our programs have seen in recent years what happens when you don't have solid options at QB. For Minnesota, they've landed QBs that were playing in the All-American games in the 2008 and 2009 classes, but at the most important position in football it's well within the realm of possibility that one won't work out at the position, another could get hurt and then the team could be in trouble if they don't follow it up with going after a QB in the 2010 and 2011 classes. And as we've seen in the NCAA and NFL, it's not that hard for everyone to be wrong on a QB prospect who seems to have all the tools and ability to develop into the next great QB.

Obviously, QB is a priority every year. But its less of a priority this current year. WI has a few solid in state prospects in 2010. Wisconsin has to get some highly touted athletes on the offensive and defensive of sides of the ball. They might take two qb's in this class, maybe one. I'm thinking Demler, and a out of state recruit. Hopefully Bolden.
