From the South Carolina site. Has offers from South Carolina, Iowa, Souh Florida, and Clemson. Williams had a great visit to South Carolina, and says he would like to play with teammate Axon (who holds offers from South carolina, South Florida, and Clemson as well).

"My numbers are going to be way bigger this season." His other offers are from South Florida, UAB, and Middle Tennessee St. He says FSU is evaluating his film and also may offer.
