From the Rutgers site. Johnson is ranked #2 in the state in both the 100 and 200M. Rutgers, Penn State and UNC are showing the most interest, though the Knights are the only offer so far. Location, team atmosphere and academics will be the deciding factors.

Scout.com: Johnson’s Offense-Minded
5/27
By Allen Wallace. Reporting offers from Akron, Michigan State, Rutgers, Toledo, Purdue, Nebraska, Maryland, Syracuse, Cincinnati, and Louisville...Tejay says he will wait it out until he has to make a commitment and would like a chance to show what he can do offensively (would like his skills to be utilized in college), says UF and PSU are recruiting him (neither have offered) and that he favors UF slightly over PSU, Rutgers, Louisville, and Michigan State. Talks UF, PSU, Rutgers, and who he would like to visit this summer.

Tejay Johnson of Egg Harbor Township High School (New Jersey) will also be on campus. Johnson is one of the top recruits in the Garden State for the class of 2010 and has scholarship offers from Michigan State, Nebraska, Rutgers, Purdue and Cincinnati. Johnson has already been to Lincoln to check out the Cornhuskers. This week’s visit will give him a chance to compare the two schools. The 6-foot-2, 190-pound prospect projects to be a big cornerback in college.
