With Hill's verbal, I'm very curious as to where all the linemen verbals will end up playing. There have been some mixed signals as to Miami's true interest in Lowery; obviously you have to hold open a space for a player like that if he's interested.
If you would have told me we were picking up a lineman this week, i would have definitely guessed Brazinski. Can't wait until he announces at 1:30 on Tues.

Verbal number one from this weekend is in. More might be coming.
edit: I thought it'd be Bush, before Harrison at least.

Several changes:
Logan Ryan is now officially committed.
Upgraded Glenn Carson. He is down to his final three, and we're out in front.
Added Nick Cattolico.
Don't really believe we have a chance at E.J. Banks, but upgraded him based on his comments.

Do you know if Holmes is projected as an OT or DT at this point? I'd love his size and athleticism at DT in the next few years. It'd really upgrade what I feel is one of our weaker (due to being undersized) units.

My guess is DT. We have many more candidates on the OL for one thing.

Can we upgrade Justin Brown, because he is taking one of his officials to RU?
I think we have a better chance to get this guy than many people think.
He, Kersey, and Harrison would make a sweet receiving corps!

PSU leads for Brown without a doubt. The only way I see Brown coming here is if Stokes de-commits from Tenn and commits to PSU, thereby ending their recruitment of WR's. I'd love to have Brown, but Hayward, Harrison (if he qualifies), Malcolm Johnson, and Kersey are fine.

I don't think we get him either (unless Stokes switches). Also, no one has outright said that Kersey won't qualify, but it's something to keep in the back of your mind until he gets his score.
The one thing working in our favor is that WRs have to be watching Britt, and be interested in playing in one of the few classic offenses left that loves to throw the deep ball.
BTW, I have some more things planned for here, but I have been busy with my site and other things.

My personal take:
I really think Bunche ends up Scarlet. I don't care what Miami fans say, they think he is in the bag. Not when they have a ton of OL commits, their offense is a mess, and Rutgers is just plain a bitter situation right now.
I think we will get Tiller too. Not sure what would happen if all of our targets there want in. That'd be a good problem to have I guess.
If he decided today, Justin Brown would be 51/49 Rutgers. The problem of course being, he still has an official to Happy Valley lined up. Everything he's saying indicates that he doesn't want to play in the Spread HD.
Do we take Glaud if he wants to come? Seems like we're in third anyway, but the visits could change a lot. I'd be interested in taking another LB if only because you can then flip Merrell to TE, and we need TEs.
Can anyone convince me that there's anything to the Isaac Holmes talk? I just don't buy it.

Justin Brown seems to be off PSU's board, unless it is just a ploy by the PSU guys, to make their scholly seem more valuable. Brown is also considering canceling his visit to BC if the coach is fired.
Per:
No room for Brown? -

Tiller didn't like his visit to Cuse.
Bunche didn't visit UConn.
Russell not visiting RU.
RU moving up with Glaud.
