Frank, If I'm following you, I think you will find what you are seeking in the News Forum. Those are locked threads with info/updates only...right now, we are copying each of the updates to the individual forums...but we are also aware of how that clutters the "Most Recent" list. Basically, the news/updates in the news forum...and the discussion/commentary in the individual team forums.
Of course, if we find that the model is not what the community wants, we will certainly change our procedures.
