Is Chryst recruiting him? It also looks very good for us and Tate Forcier right now as well. It would be great to get either one of them

I would imagine Chryst would recruit him. I believe he recruits just about every QB that we target, and I know he is the only coach who recruits any part of California. He was the former TE coach for the San Diego Chargers, and Morrison is from San Diego; so I would assume that's the tie that's giving us the edge right now.

Morrison doesn't blow me away really, but he looks solid. Solid arm. Solid mobility. Solid decision making. Solid. Great size. He seems to lack a little confidence, but that's understandable given the fact that he was what, 15? I'm sure his videos in 2 years will look starkly different. The potential is there. I'm sure the Badgers are selling being a potential starter in '09, because that spot looks up for grabs after Evridge graduates. Stallons and Phillips would be the frontrunners, but neither were really coveted or seemingly among the Badger's first options.

Forcier, I'm not getting my hopes up. Chris and Jason were teases. Do they have any cousins that can reject us too?
