JC commitment

Arsenio Curry, a 6-foot-5, 215-pound wide receiver from Fresno (Calif.) City College, has verbally committed to play for the Boilermakers.

Curry, originally from Tampa, caught 30 passes for 511 yards and three touchdowns this past season. He will have three years of eligibility at Purdue.

With the departure of senior Dorien Bryant, the team's leading receiver, and Selwyn Lymon being dismissed from the team, the Boilermakers will have a need at the position next season.
