Big and Bigger.

No, that's not a sequel to the movie Dumb and Dumber. It's a brief description of the two high school linemen who verbally committed to play football at Purdue after spending this past weekend on campus.

Big would be 6-foot-5, 275-pound Peters Drey of Mobile, Ala., while Bigger would be Kenny Plue, 6-8, 340, of New Berlin, N.Y.

Joining Valentin as mid-term enrollees are a pair of former high school offensive linemen -- 6-7, 361-pound tackle Ken Plue and 6-3, 302-pound guard Rick Schmeig.

Plue, from Rensselaer, N.Y., played this past season at Milford (N.Y.) Academy, and is rated the eighth-best overall prep school prospect by Rivals.com. Schmeig comes to Purdue from Oak Hills High School in Cincinnati.
