Naples is a big high school receiver. Depending on where he goes he could project as a receiver at the college level, but will likely be converted to a tight end. He has the frame to get into a college weight program and add bulk. Whether listed as a tight end or wide receiver his earliest strength will be catching the ball. Displays good hands. Can locate the ball and make the over-the-shoulder grab. He runs solid routes. Displays good straight-line speed, but this is where he seems better suited to the tight end position. He has adequate elusiveness. He is a somewhat big target to take down, but does not come across as a guy that will run through tackles. He will need to likely get accustomed to working from the in-line position. He has the size to develop into a solid blocker, but will need to develop this part of his game. His size will make him a good target in the red-zone. Naples is a solid prospect. Where he plays will depend on where he ends up and their needs, but we feel his best fit will be more in the mold of a receiving college tight end.
