ESPN - Linebackers aplenty at Penn State Nike Camp - Insider
Quote:
ILB Dan Mason (Pittsburgh/Penn Hills)
Mason is on the shorter side but packs a punch on a thick, strong frame. He's an explosive athlete capable of being an inside or outside guy. He may grow into a tackle-to-tackle run plugger with his body and strength.

The skinny: One of the top linebackers in the state, Mason helped the Indians to seven consecutive wins down the stretch and into the WPIAL Class AAAA semifinals. He's just as comfortable covering a tight end as he is stopping the run.
College: Has numerous offers and has pared his list down to Pitt, Penn State, West Virginia, Boston College and Toledo.
Other than a parent, who has been a role model to you? [Penn Hills head] coach Ron Graham.
Favorite school subject? Algebra.
If you won a million dollars, what would you buy first? I would renovate my church, the Inner City Ministries in East Liberty.
Something you'd change about high school? We would get out of school a little earlier.
You'd like to spend a day with ...? Ray Lewis.
Your most prized possession? My Bible.
People might be surprised to know that you ... I only hang around people from the team, so they already know everything about me.
