HMMM ... down to PSU and Georgia and will decide by end of May. What's the rush? Could it be he knows one of the two is filling up fast? I have to say, I like this match-up better than PSU v. Wake or Tennessee for him.

Do you really like PSU vs. Georgia for Jordan better than PSU vs. Wake or Tennessee? I hope your right if you truly do like this battle better...because I believe Jordan and Tavon know each other, how well I'm not sure but if Jordan goes to Georgia I wouldn't be at all surprised to see them snag Tavon Austin as well. If we get Jordan Love (MD to VA) and Tavon Austin (MD) we would really be humming on the recruiting front.
Man the wait is going to kill me. I too see him as a more athletic AZ. Just more physical potential, I really hope we can convince him to join Darrell Givens at Penn State. I don't think Derrick Thomas cares if he is playing WR, CB...returning kicks and punts - nabbing Jordan would be absolutely great. AJ is POTENTIALLY gone after '08 and definitely gone after '09 as well as Willie Harriot, Devin Fentress, Knowledge Timmons.
CB - Darell Givens
CB - Jordan Love [If he commits]
CB - Stephon Morris [If he commits]
ATH - Derrick Thomas
That would look very, VERY good heading into '09.

I like that theory UB -- I just looked at the UGA commit list and the only DB they have is one safety, so they ain't filling up yet. I figure they'll take a class of 25+ recruits like usual.

The dominos are falling into place. Willis got Givens (despite what the kid says); those two got Thomas and are getting Devon Smith ... those four will work on Austin, Hawkins, Jenkins and, Felder and anyone else left in the state of Maryland. Our secondary could be sick.
Love hasn't been to Georgia before and now he is making his decision in the next two weeks. He has been to Wake and has one of his best friends going there. He called Tennessee sort of a dream school when he got the offer, but yet, hasn't visited. Got the Florida offer, but yet, hasn't visited. Said he wanted to or could visit VPI and UVA, but hasn't visited either of them. Watch actions with him.

From BWI...favors Penn State and Georgia...up to 11 offers with the most recent from Purdue...says he is also expecting offers from Virginia Tech, Illinois and Ohio State. Plans on committing by the end of the month.
Even though this is the PSU forum, I will just go ahead and say that if I was Jordan, I would hold my breath for that OSU offer...they just sent out offers at CB to Corey Brown and Dominic Clarke and they have three other CBs that I am told they are really looking at in Justin Green, Ricardo Dixon and Wali Morris. Love is a heck of a prospect, but I don't think he is in OSU's plans...

I don't think he is waiting for the OSU offer ... hence the end of the month announcement. Clarke is a very good player,, who should have been offered by PSU. I'll take Love over Brown any day of the week.

hmmm . . . he's either waiting until the very last minute to make his end of month decision or delaying it until he checks those 3 schools out.
