I think you should see Kuntz play before you make that judgment. Kuntz is a quality athlete. He's a star bball player on one of the best AA teams in the state (year in and year out) and best player on the football team. I think he might end up surprising a lot of people. And I agree with 42; they saw both of them at camp and offered Kuntz and not Clark. Says a lot IMHO.

We'll I already admitted as much in my post, the staff doesn't agree; Christian was a camp offer and the staff cooled on Jaleel after camp. It is what it is but I think we made a mistake. Forget about any pipe dream with regard to Je'Ron Stokes having a change of heart or getting Todd Thomas to care enough about academics to qualify and then not be gone in a year or two...Jaleel was a PA kid with excellent talent and he could have been ours.

At 6'4 200 pounds with great hands he could have had a Terrell Golden like career but without the mysterious disappearance on the field for 2-3 years. If he got bigger he could have been a Beckum like TE prospect for us. I'm extremely disappointed, and if the staff misses on Justin Brown there will be ZERO doubt in my mind that the staff blew this one big time. There's no guarantee that Kuntz will play WR, he too might end up just outgrowing the position; he could just as easily find himself at TE, LB, S as he could WR at Penn State.

I'm really surprised the PSU staff cooled on Clark. He's an excellent receiver from a very pro-PSU school (or at least it was when I was there). I really expected Clark to go to PSU

The kid didn't look good at two PSU camps. That is why they cooled on him.
