Touted running back Brandon Wegher of Bishop Heelan (Sioux City, Iowa) has committed to the Iowa Hawkeyes over Nebraska and Kansas.
Among other offers for Wegher are Penn State, Illinois, Arkansas, Auburn, Iowa State, Minnesota, Missouri, Texas Tech, Wisconsin and Arizona. He rushed for 2,334 yards and 34 touchdowns during his junior season.
