FYI, I don't think it is a coincidence that Trotwood has had several D1 recruits the last few years and none of them have gotten an offer from the home state school...

Chris did not want to be measured/weighed at the 5-Star Academy but was eyeballed at 6'7 and around 300 pounds. He would like to receive offers from tOSU and Michigan.

A well-respected poster on FOS confirms that Freeman has a PSU offer.
I trust the poster, but based upon our history with the school and this kid's behavior, I'm not wholly convinced.

Chris says he enjoyed tOSU's Junior Day and was told to be patient and he will receive an offer. His teammates are pushing him to commit to Michigan but he wants to check things out at various schools.

I know who you are talking about and I do trust his info. That being said, he said that the kid did have more than genuine interest in PSU, which is the thing I DON'T believe. After the crap with Shaw, PSU shouldn't put much time in on this kid, since he does have a Michigan offer. I hope this kid doesn't string PSU along like his teammate, or a certain immature kid from Jeanette. |

From the Nebraska site...has offers from Florida, LSU, Michigan, North Carolina State, Kentucky, Nebraska, Miami and Penn State. Michigan and Florida are recruiting him the hardest, followed by Ohio State. Will go to spring games at UM and OSU and wants to see Florida this summer.

Chris has offers from Florida, LSU, Kentucky, Penn State, Miami, Nebraska, North Carolina State, and Texas Tech. He will take numerous visits this spring and will attend tOSU's spring game. |

The only way this kid can prove to me he has a PSU offer is if he faxes it to me. After the Shaw fiasco, I don't see PSU under this coaching staff, returning to that school anytime soon.
