Defensive end Nate Cadogan from the southern Ohio river town of Portsmouth is one of the top juniors in the state. He is already receiving interest from the likes of Ohio State. But will Cadogan most likely follow his older brother to Penn State? And might he even play two sports in college? We have those answers and more.

By Brian Snow...talks about his summer and what the upcoming season is looking like. Talks about watching his brother go through the process and says he thinks he will be a DE at the next level.

If he gets offers from PSU and tOSU, his recruitment should inspire lots of message board bickering. Zordich ruined the fun by committing early, so let's hope Cadogan waits until LOI day.

"As of right now Penn State because of the fact my brother is there," Nate Cadogan said when asked which schools he is interested in. "But Ohio State is looking really good. I was very impressed when I went there for a visit. I think it was when they played Akron."

Hearing from Illinois, Iowa, Penn State, Ohio State and Northwestern. Favors Northwestern slightly over Ohio State, Penn State and Illinois.

Junior Film.
Certainly good at eating up blockers...I see a future DT. Plays extremely low for his size and has the size already to project as a DT or NG.

Certainly would like to hear more about the younger Cadogan from anyone who has seen him play.

Is he too tall for DT at 6'6"? I will agree that he is not a DE, at least not a 4-3 DE. He does not seem to get much pressure on the QB, but is much better at stuffing the run.
How opposed to playing OT is he? Seems like he would have as good a chance, if not better, on that side of the ball.

Sounds a lot like Mark Wedderburn in that article.

I assume we're at least a 76% favorite for Cadogan.

This is one Ohio kid that PSU SHOULD get. If it doesn't, someone screwed up.

205? That's not good...I'm hoping that's a typo.
