By Jeremy Crabtree. Victor says he has had contact with PSU, San Diego State, Southern Cal, and Florida State....says he has talked the most with PSU, and that he likes the tradition as well as the PSU coaching staff. After having seen his film, PSU coach Mike McQueary informed one of the coaches he'd be visiting in May and Victor was told he is one of PSU's top QB prospects in the West. Unofficially visited Arizona and San Diego State, plans to camp at Ohio State, Michigan State, and NC State.
