Givens, BTW, has yet to get qualified (surprise, surprise). He has an SAT score he's waiting for, so we'll see.

I hadn't heard his grades were an issue but that's tough luck he's a stud.
This Jones guy seems a little more worthy of an offer compared to Wallace. Lattimore is definitely worth it though

He will go to a Carolina school, but one in NORTH, not South IMO.

ESPNU 150 Watch List running back Marcus Lattimore from Duncan (S.C.) Byrnes leaves no doubt about his interest in Penn State. Lattimore, who has 28 scholarship offers including one from Penn State, welcomed in two Nittany Lions assistant coaches on Wednesday.
“Coach Bill Kenney and Larry Johnson were at my school,” Lattimore said. “Bill Kenney is recruiting me. I said ‘Hello’ to him, then I gave him a call afterwards.”

Scout.com: No. 1 Ranked Back Enjoys Big Cat Weekend
5/30
By Jason Caldwell. Marcus visited for the Big Cat weekend and talks about meeting Lache Seastrunk, Trovon Reed, and Khairi Fortt specifically...from his previous Auburn visit he had said Auburn led because of the coaching staff and offense, after this visit he says that it helped Auburn and they are still at the top. Excited to check out PSU.

Scout.com: Marcus Lattimore names elite eight
6/1
By Andrew Bone. Marcus says that while he did list Auburn as his favorite at one time, he doesn't have an overall favorite...says he is wide open. Alabama, Auburn, Clemson, Florida State, Maryland, North Carolina, PSU, and South Carolina are his eight...talks about each school and upcoming visits. Plans to take all 5 official visits prior to announcing, and despite the fact that he will play in the US Army AA game in January, he says he will not announce at the game as he plans on two officials after the game.

Just kidding, weird how we can get the number two RB from South Carolina to list us but can't even land the top guys in our own state. Oh well.

ESPNU 150 Watch List running back Marcus Lattimore (Duncan, S.C./Byrnes) planned to visit Penn State this weekend. He was going to be in State College today and Saturday.
Lattimore’s plans changed, but that doesn’t mean he is any less interested in the Nittany Lions.
“We had something to do (this weekend), so I’m going to go up there July 25,” Lattimore said. “I’ll probably be up there for a couple days.”
