Scout.com: Ferguson Seeks Education First
3/11
By John Wallpher. Both Anthony, and Head Coach Biff Poggi say that PSU has offered, with HC Biff Poggi saying that it is a written offer from PSU. Biff says Virginia, tOSU, Boston College, Maryland, Minnesota, North Carolina, and Nebraska are recruiting Anthony as well. Doesn't want to be too far from home, and talks a little about Maryland and PSU.

Good luck to Anthony, but from what I've seen and heard, not even Iowa fans believe that he had a written PSU offer. That being said I'm sure PSU was interested, and I hope Ferguson and Jim Poggi both have a great 4-5 years at Iowa (except any time that PSU is the opposition).

Scout.com: Ferguson Talks About Decision
6/3
By John Wallpher. Anthony talks about his PSU visit prior to having made his Iowa commitment...meeting coach Joe Paterno was a highlight, Anthony said he had a good vibe from Joe, that the facilities and stadium were great and that he toured the campus. Thought PSU was a great place but in the end he felt Iowa was a better fit...having a HS teammate headed to Iowa was a big factor.
