Several PSU commits will be playing in the DC vs. Baltimore Maryland Crab Bowl on Saturday. Smith, Givens, Willis, Thomas, and Stanley will be suiting up for DC (Felder is on the team, but is injured and will not play). Jenkins is also on the DC roster. The game is being held at Towson University.
seems like there are some really big names in this bowl....i feel that this game could possibly be on the same level as the Alabama vs Mississippi All Star Game.....
By Dan Hilbert. Several PSU commits have shined, as have several Maryland commits on the first day of practice. WR/APB/KR-PR Devon Smith (PSU commit) has used his speed well, DB Darrell Givens (PSU commit) has been the best CB on the DC team and DE/DT Sean Stanley (PSU commit) and OT Pete DeSouza (Maryland commit) have been going against each other early and often.

I'm hearing that Malcolm Willis (PSU S commit) has been better then expected and that Derrick Thomas (PSU WR/CB commit) has shown the best hands.
Devon Smith returned the 2nd half opening kick 98 yards for a TD. Smith dropped an under thrown pass that would have been a TD, and another pass to Devon got picked off because it hung up in the air. Darrell Givens forced a holding call and still blew a play up on the goal line with Tavon Austin carrying the ball in the 2nd quarter. Not sure what else from the PSU commits, might have to wait and see for final game stats.
