Will be visiting (with his mother) Penn State on July 27. Plans to make final decision sometime thereafter.
Generally, this scenario bodes well for the school in question, but Pannell appears to have been favoring MSU for a while now. Should be interesting to see how this all plays out.

I haven't heard about him visiting PSU yet, and I'm assuming he has visited MSU. So if UM is still #3, then I'd guess a visit to PSU would likely be what swings him to either MSU or PSU.

I believe he may have camped at PSU, could be mistaken. He is slated to come to campus with mom last weekend in July. |
