By T. Tod Mollaun. Bill narrowed it down to Miami (OH), PSU, and Central Florida prior to picking PSU earlier today. His AAU coach, Greg Brown, thinks he is the best player in Ohio, and also says he can play any position on the court, excluding center. Bill creates mismatches on the perimeter due to size and skill but can also go inside and rebound.
