Jarred Haggins told ESPN affiliate Web site Bucknuts.com, "I'd say my top four are Ohio State, Florida State, South Florida and either Louisville or Tennessee. If I had to back it down to a top two it would be Ohio State and Florida State."
Other programs including Auburn and Michigan State have also extended scholarship offers to Haggins.
He's being recruiting at multiple positions and wouldn't mind moving out from under center, "I'll play quarterback as far as it will take me, but growing up I always thought I'd play wide receiver or defensive back when I get to college. It really doesn't matter to me."
Haggins threw for 3,000 yards and 15 touchdowns during his junior campaign.
