TE- Kevin Koger (6'4", 235, 4.6)
TE- Steve Watson (6'4", 240, 4.75)

McKees Rock, PA RB/LB Christian Wilson received a call this afternoon from a young man that he might share a backfield with for the next four years. New Michigan commit Sam McGuffie phoned the Keystone State star to make a pitch for the Maize & Blue.

An article discussing several East Coast prospects.... Accoridng to Mike Farrell, Michigan is the team to beat for Wilson, and Louisville is the dark horse candidate.

A couple months back his mom was on a Michigan fan site and she got alot of her questions answered by fans. She said her son was favoring Michigan and liked the academic side as well. He's the most reliable recruit left to commit for us, and he'll be a duo with McGuffie in the backfield for the next four years.

Pittsburgh Post-Gazette - 08/17/07

Christian Wilson down to two, Michigan and Rutgers. Discussed his position in college with his coaches and parents he says they feel offense is his best position but he is open to playing defense. They list him in the article at 6'4", 235-pounds when he's been measured in person at 6'2", 228. Not a big deal, but it is kind of funny when you see so much fudging that goes on with kids 40 times and height/weights.

Also found this excerpt to be very interesting!

Q: It's now two years after Montour was the subject of a weekly reality show on ESPN and Dick Butkus was your coach. What are your true feelings on that?

A: When they first came here, it was exciting to be on ESPN. The whole world can see you, and it got my name out on national TV. But the fact that Dick Butkus was here and didn't really coach, it wasted a year with our coaching staff. Our staff just sat around while Dick Butkus acted like he was coaching.

My Take: Still think this one goes Michigan's way and pretty soon.
