The Independent Florida Alligator: Sports - Ajagbe high on UF after visit
Quote:
“I really like Florida a lot,” he said.
He is also considering Florida State, South Florida, Miami and Iowa — the first school he ever received a recruiting letter from.
Ajagbe was joined on the visit by his father as he met with UF defensive coordinator Charlie Strong and cornerbacks coach Vance Bedford.
The Ransom Everglades product said his dad enjoyed the trip as much as he did, and he was impressed by the attention the coaches gave him.
“I felt really comfortable there,” he said.
Ajagbe also got a chance to talk to 2010 UF commitments Trey Burton and Ian Silberman, whom he sat with during the game.
“They just told me about how good the program is, but they didn’t pressure me or anything,” Ajagbe said.

College Football Recruiting On the Trail 2009 - ESPN

Tar Heels behind Gators for Gideon Ajagbe
2010 ESPNU 150 Watch List prospect Gideon Ajagbe told affiliate Web site GatorCountry.com, "Florida is still number one on my list. I love the coaches and I have a really good bond with them and they really care about me."
However, the 6-foot-2, 197-pounder also discussed an out-of-state school that's in the mix, "UNC is my number two right now. Both UNC and Florida have great science programs and I am also going to college to get an education, I want to be a nutritionist when it is all said and done and both schools have really good programs, so that is another thing that helps them."
Other programs such as Central Florida, Ohio State, Boston College and Connecticut have also offered Ajagbe.

Gideon Ajagbe - College Football Recruiting 2010 - ESPN
Quote:
ESPNU 150 Watch List outside linebacker Gideon Ajagbe has committed to sign with Florida, affiliate Web site GatorCountry.com reports.
He said, "I spent a lot of time thinking about it and Florida is the best place for me. I love the Florida Gators and I'm a huge fan so this is really a dream come true for me."
Ajagbe may look around some at schools such as North Carolina, N.C. State, Wake Forest, Duke and Ohio State, but still figures to be a Gator when its all said and done.
