ESPN - Shurburtt: Coaching stability a boost to Florida State's recruiting - Football Recruiting

Quote:
Massive offensive tackle Robert Crisp of Chapel Hill (N.C.) High could end up being one of the best offensive linemen in the country in the 2010 class. At least one college coach believes that Crisp is the best offensive tackle prospect he's seen in the past 10 years. The 6-foot-7, 300-pounder already has offers from Boston College, Clemson, Georgia, Maryland, Miami (Fla.), North Carolina, North Carolina State and East Carolina.

FVSports - The Elite100: Class of 2010

Quote:
6. Robert Crisp
6'7" / 310 pounds / Offensive Tackle / Chapel Hill High School / Chapel Hill, North Carolina
Contenders: NC State, Clemson, Duke, Georgia, LSU, Maryland, Miami, Michigan, North Carolina, Tennessee
Scouting Report: The Willie Roaf to Henderson's Walter Jones. In contrast, Crisp is more of a bowling ball in run blocking, and has better upper body strength and pop. Crisp is a behemoth figure with outstanding feet for his size. In pass protection, Crisp has a good wingspan and keeps almost everyone out in front. Already has developed a nice kick step. Also plays basketball and has pretty good agility. Finishes blocks with force. Projects at either left tackle or right tackle. Doesn't quite have Henderson's upside, but hard to argue he isn't at the same level right now. Also would have been the top offensive lineman in the 2009 class.
