Lakota West senior commits to Ole Miss

Stephen Houston is heading back to the South.

The Lakota West High senior running back verbally committed to continue his football career at the University of Mississippi earlier this week.

Houston, who grew up in Arkansas, picked the Rebels over Tennessee, Arkansas, Cincinnati, Kentucky, Miami and Akron.

"The (Southeastern Conference) is the conference I've always wanted to play in all my life," Houston said. "It's a dream come true."
