Hall grew up following the Buckeyes and says Ohio State still leads slightly. "I love the atmosphere there. Ohio State has great tradition and are always winning. It's a great place..."

From O&B News...not focused on recruiting, but rather on his senior season. Looking at visiting Ohio State, Illinois, USC and Florida (and possibly Michigan State). Talks about his interest in OSU and about his contact with Coach Wolford and Cordale Scott.

Not that it really matters because he's going to OSU, but I assume the title of the thread needs editing to say (Official Offer)?

Offensive tackle Marcus Hall changes up his list
ESPN 150 Watch Lister Marcus Hall informed affiliate Web site Bucknuts.com about recent happenings in his recruitment.
For some time, Ohio State, Illinois and USC were atop Hall's list. That has changed.
"Illinois, Ohio State, Florida State and Michigan, those four are all pretty even at top right now."
Hall also stated that he'd like to take all his visits and Miami-FL is a possible destination in addition to his top four.
The big tackle is now holding upwards of 40 scholarship offers with programs such as LSU and Penn State jumping in the game late.

Glenville tackle Marcus Hall (6-5, 305) is one of the top lineman recruits in the country and said he has narrowed his choices to Ohio State, Illinois, Michigan, Florida State, University of Miami and LSU.
"I'll probably make my decision after the season," he said. "I'm definitely looking for a good amount of playing time early. I don't expect nothing to be given to me when I go in, but I want to have an impact on the program."

If you're good enough and sure of yourself, you can play early no matter where you go. Ohio State has brought in some great OL the last few years, but nobody is promised anything yet.

Perhaps, and I do like it when prospects aren't afraid of competition. However, for immediate PT, I'd have to think Michigan would offer a better chance with its weaker depth chart.
