Boo Boo is the definition of a lock down corner. He is a very physical corner and has a very effective jam move. His vertical is also right up there with the other elite corners.

Not to take away from him or anything, because he is really good already, but if he was 6'0, he might be the #1 player in the nation...

I agree with you but there have been many successfull corners who arn't the tallest guys around. For example Dre Bly has been very successfull over the years and he is only 5'9. PacMan Jones has proven to be quite the talent too when staying out of trouble and he's no taller than 5'10 regardless of his listed height.

I can agree with that. The services are hitting him hard because he's only 5'9", while a pair of 6'0"+ kids from Florida are ranked higher.
Patrick Johnson out Pompano is 6'1" and TJ Bryant out of Tallahassee is pushing 6'2", and both kids are ranked significantly higher than Cissoko by Rivals. Scout has them both rated higher than Cissoko, but it's only by a few spots.
They both might be 6'0"+, but Johnson nor Bryant can cover like Cissoko.

I have heard that Boo Boo's dad is 6ft+ so there is a possibility he still may be growing.

My favorite CB was only 5'9" (on his tippy toes) but hit like a 6'4" 260 lb LB...you don't measure heart vertically. Cissoko's early commitment also hurt his rating...
# 26 Antoine Winfield Position: CB

grad, funny you mention Winfield. Cissoko reminds me alot of him. I personally think Winfield was the best corner I've ever seen play at Ohio State. Springs got more "pub" but that was because he was bigger and a more flashy player, but in my opinion Winfield was the better all-around corner. Winfield really won me over as a sophomore in '97 when he was just all over the field in the game. I thought he actually out played Woodson if we are talking a straight corner game.

Scout $
7/20
From GBW...video of Cissoko.

Detroit Cass Tech recently squared off with cross-city adversaries Renaissance and Northwestern for a little 7-on-7 action, which meant Boubacar Cissoko would be squaring off with stock on the rise prospects Sam Gaymon and Anthony Hollis. GoBlueWolverine was on hand to for yet another video feature on Cissoko in action (we've done five others), and the Michigan CB commit didn't disappoint.

Pretty much agree.
Him teaming with Donovan Warren = one pretty nasty set of corners in the future.
Just think, if only Jai Eugene hadn't left us at the alter at the last second and if Pete Carroll would've died in a plane crash on his way to Muskegon....
