Scout.com: Scranton Prep Junior Holds Offer

10/2/09

By Bob Lichtenfels. Pitt offered Kevin the first day juniors were allowed to be offered, September 1st. He has been receiving interest from Michigan, PSU, Stanford, MSU, Illinois, and Connecticut. Attended a Pitt practice recently and talks about that...talks about his PSU ties and says he grew up a fan but his parents are telling him to keep an open mind. Talks about the med programs at Pitt, UVA, and Michigan....will go where he fits in best and academics will play a huge role in any decision he makes.

By Sean Fitz. NC State has offered, joining Pitt....Kevin has taken unofficial visits to PSU, Pitt, Michigan and would definitely like to get out to NC State this summer. Talks extensively about his numerous visits to PSU, camping at UM, and visiting Pitt for the ND game.....academics will be Kevin's number one priority and he talks about not being sold on PSU just because his father played at PSU or because he grew up in a PSU household.
