From the UM site. Stokes says he will take visits, and confirms that Michigan will be one. While he admits everything with Fulmer and Boyd has him shaken, he says that the Vols are still high on his list.

Nothing set up but plans to visit Michigan next weekend, followed by Illinois and Georgia. Still considering Florida and well as sticking with Tennessee.

Stokes May Visit -
Quote:
Stokes will make official visits to Michigan the weekend of Jan. 16 and Illinois the weekend of Jan. 23.
“I’m going to try and squeeze in Penn State,” Stokes said. “I won’t take more than four visits. The other school is Georgia, but right now it looks like Penn State will be the fourth visit if I take a fourth one.”
The Nittany Lions are working on Stokes and hoping they do in fact get the last shot with a Jan. 30 trip to State College.
“Coach (Ron) Vanderlinden and Coach (Mike) McQueary came down to my school last week,” Stokes said. “We had a chance to talk. It was a positive visit.
“I’ll pray about things and see where God leads me.”

Another Stokes in the mix -
Quote:
On Sunday, senior wide receiver Je’Ron Stokes told Nittany Network he might make an official visit to Penn State the weekend of Jan. 30. That would give the Nittany Lions the last shot at the star receiver.
Stokes continues to say he is committed to Tennessee. But he plans to make official visits to Michigan, Illinois and maybe Penn State the next three weekends before announcing a final decision on National Signing Day (Feb. 4).

From O&B News...says he is still committed to Tennessee but will take his visits and also talks about how he will be focusing on the non-football side of things on his officials. Talks about his relationship with Coach Pry and Coach Zook.

Tennessee commit to visit Michigan
Wide receiver Je'Ron Stokes (Philadelphia, Pa./Northeast) will resume his official visits this weekend with a trip to Michigan.
Stokes committed to Tennessee last spring and made his official visit there in September when the Vols played Florida. With the resignation of Phil Fulmer and the hiring of Lane Kiffin, Stokes has remained committed to Tennessee, but has not made a final decision on his college choice.
"I'm still committed to Tennessee," Stokes said. "Lane Kiffin came down for a home visit. And their offensive coordinator came down last week. I like what they said. The offensive coordinator is a very smart guy and Coach Kiffin is definitely a good coach."
However Stokes will wait until February to make a final decision on his college.
"Everything is still up in the air," he said. "Whatever decision I make can't be a bad choice. I'll make my final decision on signing day."
Stokes will make official visits to Michigan this weekend and Illinois the weekend of Jan. 23. He also may visit Penn State the weekend of Jan. 30.

Based on everything I have read (both on and off the boards) I would have to agree...

Stokes kind of reminds me of a Mario Manningham. I don't know if he has the same explosiveness that Mario showed at Michigan, but there are some similarities.
