John Deyo grew up with a bit of green and white in his blood. His mother, Pam, is a Michigan State University alum, as are her brother and sister-in-law.
Now they have an even bigger reason to cheer for the Spartans.
The 6-foot-6, 270-pound Deyo, a senior offensive lineman entering his third season on Gull Lake's varsity football team, verbally committed to MSU Wednesday night.
