To go along with him having potential of being a top notch CB, he also has a Mike Hart size for a running back.

I meant his size and stature, not his athleticism, or how good he will be.

Film.
My take: Some of the worst film quality I've seen in a while...but Johnny's explosiveness comes through clear. The book on Johnny labels him as a "gamer" who wants the ball and always feels like he can make any play. Exceptional speed..but not "Ginn-like" as stated around the message boards. Johnny is a glider and seems like a very fluid athlete who can eventually develop into a solid player once he is given a single position. However, he has some work to do...

I don't really think he has Hart's frame. Hart is much more compact, thick legs, low center of gravity, lacks the breakaway speed. Adams is pretty wiry and a definite homerun threat with the ball. I just don't see the comparison. As a returner I'd take him over just about anyone.

From the Syracuse site...will start narrowing things down soon and has no timetable for a commitment. Recaps his summer travels.

Mike Hart is a poor man's Archie Griffin. Above average athletic talent matched behind an awesome O-Line. Unlike Griffin, he will not win the Heisman but may play in the NFL for at least 2 seasons. Hart is barely 5'9. More like 5'8. A mighty mouse who roars !

I see him as a stud CB in college. The speed factor will ensure he's on the field as a return guy and/or CB. 5'11 is the minimum for CBs these days. Way too many Manninghams out there who are tall and fast.
