Bolden piling up offers
Robert Bolden (Orchard Lake, Mich./St. Mary's) is one of the top Class of 2010 quarterback prospects in the Midwest. The 6-3, 195-pound Bolden has been St. Mary's starting quarterback since the beginning of his sophomore season. He threw for close to 1,000 yards during his junior season.
Bolden has scholarship offers from: Michigan State, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Northwestern, Vanderbilt, Duke and Central Michigan. He has attended games this season at Michigan State and Michigan.
"I liked the whole atmosphere at Michigan State," Bolden said. "I was down on the field, I went into the locker room, and I talked to some coaches. I did pretty much the same things at Michigan."
Bolden said he is looking at all of the schools that he has a scholarship offer from as well as Michigan and Purdue. With his junior football season over, he hopes to attend a number of additional college games in the next month.

Robert Bolden (Orchard Lake, Mich./St. Mary's) has been a varsity starter for one of the top football programs in the state of Michigan since his sophomore year. St. Mary's slumped a bit this past season, finishing wit a 4-5 record, but Bolden still threw for 1,000 yards.
Bolden threw for 1,000 yards and rushed for over 500 in leading St. Mary's to a 12-3 record during his sophomore season
The 6-foot-4 and 195-pound Bolden, who has scholarship offers on the table from Michigan State, Michigan, Wisconsin, Northwestern, Nebraska and several others, runs a 'spread' offense at times, will drop into the pocket and run the option.

From the Colorado site. Bolden will visit Colorado this summer, and says he is totally open to leaving the state. He's looking for a team that runs a spread.

Scout.com: Bolden Scores Another Big Ten Offer
4/9
By Allen Trieu. Robert Bolden Sr. said the PSU coaches called coach Porritt to let him know that Robert Bolden has been offered by PSU. Mr. Bolden says they love the PSU offensive scheme and the ability to mix things up. Have to see where things line up as far as a PSU visit, but visits are planned for Oregon (JD), Louisville (JD), and Michigan (spring game).

Bolden: PSU among leaders - [video interview/Illinois NFTC footage]

The NIKE Football Training Camp at the University of Illinois on Saturday was loaded with quarterback talent. Four ESPNU 150 Watch List signal callers took part in the camp - including Robert Bolden from Orchard Lake (Mich.) St. Mary’s.
Bolden showed his stuff in War Memorial Stadium on Saturday and was as good as any quarterback on hand.
The 6-foot-4 and 195-pound Bolden, the most consistent quarterback in the day’s activities, has the potential to be a star at the next level. The ball comes out of Bolden’s hand like a rocket. He also has excellent speed and agility.
Bolden has close to two dozen scholarship offers including Penn State, Michigan, Michigan State, Oregon, Wisconsin and Nebraska.
