Statewide Recap of Week 7 High School Football; Several area players among Ohio’s best

Tough Break: Ada had its season take an unexpected turn with the loss of senior quarterback Zach Dysert. Dysert, the reigning D-VI offensive player of the year, broke the thumb on his throwing hand in the second quarter of a 23-14 loss to Convoy Crestview. Dysert, who has committed to Miami, continued to play the second half at defensive back. Dysert also broke his pinky finger in an Aug. 11 scrimmage against Parkway.
