Gavin has decommitted from Ole Miss and says Miami is his new leader but the Canes haven't offered. He will also visit Tennessee and Kentucky.

Hardin committed to Ole Miss after his junior season but changed his mind after the Rebels fired head coach Ed Orgeron.

"Miami, they play a hard defense," Hardin said. "They go after it every down. I do like that type of style."

He said he is not looking to redshirt and hoped to play his freshman season. Also, he said he doesn't expect to move to defensive line.

Hardin must still qualify academically. He said he plans to take the ACT again in a few weeks.
