The perfect storm has been brewing for an entire year. Each week it has gained speed and intensity.

Today that storm is finally at full strength. Its fury will be unleashed tonight in Belle Glade in the form of the annual Muck Bowl between host Glades Central and Pahokee.

The Raiders' rich Muck Bowl history will clash with the Blue Devils' resurgence in the rivalry. The stakes have never been greater, the anticipation never more intense.

"It's a once-in-a-lifetime thing," Glades Central wide receiver Travis Benjamin said. "Most people don't ever get a chance to play in a big game like this."
