ESPN - Todd Chandler Rankings, Grade, News, Stats - College Football Recruiting 2010

Class of 2010 ESPNU 150 Watch List defensive tackle Todd Chandler is favoring Florida over the hometown Hurricanes at this early stage in the recruiting process, affiliate Web site GatorCountry.com reports.

He said, "I am really loving Florida right now. I like their swagger and winning attitude. I told Coach Urban Meyer that right now I want to be a Florida Gator, but I don't want to commit just yet."

Chandler continued, "Miami hasn't offered me yet and even if they do, Florida still has an edge. Both Florida and Miami told me that they like me both on the field and off the field and they are going to stay in contact with me, but only Florida has lived up to their word. They both said they would offer me right away and only Florida did."

Chandler is currently recovering from a torn ACL and has not played this year. He does hope to be at 100-percent shortly after completing his rehabilitation.

Class of 2010 defensive tackle Todd Chandler was recently offered by Miami, ESPN affiliate InsideTheU.com reports.
He previously stated the Gators were out in front but that may have changed, "Florida is talking to me, but I would say that UM is recruiting me the hardest right now. I would just say that I am looking for a college that can best get me to the NFL. Whatever college can do that for me, I would love to play for them because both Miami and Florida are real good schools."
