The senior gave the Iowa football coaching staff his verbal commitment around suppertime Monday, joining the 2008 recruiting class.
But unlike much of that class, Reisen won't join them in training camp this fall. The Regina senior is taking a "grayshirt" until after the holiday break.
"It just means I'm on full scholarship starting in January," Reisen said. "I can't do anything with the team the first semester. I can't work out or practice. I can't be a full-time student."
